This program is for children ages 5-7 year olds.
In this program, children will immerse into the world of their feelings, emotions, and inner world. They will learn where emotions come from and how to regulate them, develop self-confidence and believing in themselves and their unique talents.
Every lesson includes:
- Basic meditation, simplified for children
- Breathing exercises to activate flow of energy
- Light movement that together with breathing exercises will unclog blocks of energy that impact behavior, mood, and even health
- Visualizations and elements of drawing and painting to learn, express, connect with, and regulate children's emotions and feelings
- Improvisational play with puppets, toys, and drawings
The program was created by Anna Lily Annette based on the psychological model IFS, meditations, art, and principles and practices of the energy flow and energetics.

About Anna
Anna is certified in IFS psychological model as a therapist and in energy medicine and healing. She has been teaching and coaching in the corporate and entrepreneurial space for over 20 years, working with such organizations as GE, Microsoft, Dell, Boeing, and has been working with children developing and teaching engaging language, art, and theatre programs for over 20 years.
She integrates both modalities, psychology and energy healing as well as her extensive experience in teaching and coaching in her group and 1:1 practice for adults with techniques she developed and that have proved to be very effective and transformational.
Seeing these amazing results and leveraging her experience in developing and teaching engaging and fun programs for children, she has created this new program for children This is ME. My Inner world.

A program she created in 2022 for moms "Mom's Smile" with her techniques helped moms feel more whole on the inside, happier, fulfilled, and improved children's emotions and behavior (through mom's energy).
